120hp @ 3600 RPM
220 ft/tq at 2000 RPM
14 lbs boots
These are commonly quoted figures. Both my engines are used so we will see what the actual power numbers work out to.

NV4500 main shaft modifications Progress pictures from Forbyn Brothers.

Modified shafts waiting for heat treatment. 

Chevy bell housing / NV4500 / Cooper adapter/ Series transfercase all bolted up prior to shaft installation.

As you can see the Mount for the transfer case is gone. I removed the PTO cover to add a bracket for the transfer case shift lever to mount to.

The PTO cover cleaned up.
